スペインサマーキャンプ最終日｜100ラウンド組手
スペインでのサマーキャンプも、いよいよ最終日。
最後に待っていたのは、100ラウンド組手でした。
相手に合わせながら進めた前半
楓は前半、色帯の方や女性の参加者との組手が多く、相手に合わせながら進めていきました。
中盤からは黒帯参加者との組手へ
そして中盤からは、黒帯の参加者との組手が中心に。
ここまで連日かなりの稽古量をこなしてきた中での100ラウンド。
さすがに終盤になると疲労もピークに達し、最後は参加者全員がフラフラになりながらも、最後までやり切りました。
世界各国の空手家とこれだけ多く拳を交え、一緒に汗を流す。
技術だけではなく、空手を通じて国や言葉を越えてつながることができた、素晴らしい時間でした。

今回のサマーキャンプでは、ジョナサン・ティネオ師範に本当にお世話になりました。
空港へのお迎えから道場での稽古、そしてサマーキャンプでは楓に指導する機会まで与えていただき、貴重な経験をたくさんさせていただきました。

また、滞在中は通訳の渡邉林太郎さんにも大変お世話になりました。
言葉の壁がある中、細かなところまでサポートしていただき、安心してこのサマーキャンプに参加することができました。本当にありがとうございました。
今回スペインで学んだ技術、考え方、そして経験。
しっかり日本へ持ち帰り、これからの稽古や指導に活かしていきたいと思います。

Final Day of the Spain Summer Camp | 100-Round Kumite
The Spain Summer Camp had finally reached its last day.
Waiting for us at the end of the camp was a 100-round kumite challenge.
Adjusting to Each Partner During the Early Rounds
During the first part of the challenge, many of Kaede’s partners were coloured belts and female participants, so he adjusted his intensity and approach to match each person.
Moving on to Black Belt Partners
From the middle of the challenge onward, most of his partners were black belts.
The 100 rounds came after several consecutive days of extremely demanding training.
By the final stages, everyone had reached the limit of their endurance. Although the participants were exhausted and barely able to stay on their feet, they completed every round.
To exchange techniques with so many karate practitioners from around the world and share the same training floor was a remarkable experience.
It was not only about improving our skills. Through karate, we were able to connect across different countries, languages and cultures.
Our Sincere Gratitude
We are deeply grateful to Shihan Jonathan Tineo for everything he did for us throughout the summer camp.
He welcomed us at the airport, invited us to train at his dojo, and gave Kaede the opportunity to teach during the camp. These experiences were truly invaluable.
We would like to express our sincere appreciation.
We are also extremely grateful to Rintaro Watanabe, who supported us as an interpreter throughout our stay.
Despite the language barrier, he assisted us with even the smallest details and enabled us to take part in the camp with confidence and peace of mind. Thank you very much for all of your support.
We will bring back to Japan the techniques, ideas and experiences we gained in Spain.
We hope to apply everything we learned to our future training and instruction.
